To begin, please contact us via phone, e-mail or through our contact page to set up a meeting that is at a time convenient for you.
During our first meeting, we will go over your needs for your wedding stationery. We will provide you with our sample portfolio and our colour swatches to give you some ideas. Don't forget, we love custom orders! If you already have an idea in mind, please feel free to let us know what you're thinking so we can come up with a custom product just for you! A budget will be outlined and pricing will be touched upon during this meeting.
After the first meeting you will be sent a final quote of your order. You will pay 50% of your order as a deposit before production begins. After the deposit is received, we will begin working on your invitations. We will have an on screen proof that will be viewable to you by e-mail or in person 1-2 weeks after the first meeting*. There is no additional charges to make changes to the on-screen proof, unless invitations require 1+ hours of modifications. After this proof is approved by you, the remaining balance of your order is paid to start production.

Production begins after the digital proof has been approved and your remaining balance has been paid. Production times vary, but you should be expecting your invitations 3-4 weeks after the first meeting took place. At Onyx, we make sure to stay in contact with your throughout this process so that there are no surprises come due date.
During the final meeting, your invitations will be delivered & you will be all set with brilliant stationery for your wedding day!
