We have a few policies for you to review before purchasing invitations through us.

  • After contacting us, we will set up an $100 deposit listing for you through Etsy. You must pay this deposit listing before we start customizing your invitation. Don't worry, this deposit goes towards the payment of your final amount.

  • After working with you to customize your invitation, we will set up a listing on Etsy with your remaining balance which must be paid before production begins. We will also confirm with you what your final amount for your purchase will be before setting up the deposit listing.

  • We also will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with how your proof invitations look.

  • Please review the statements that will be posted in your order when you pay for your final remaining balance.

  • Keep in mind that production time varies depending on your needs. Generally, invitation orders take 1-2 weeks for proofing and 3-4 weeks for production. If you require a large quantity, or you require a lot of proofs this timeline may be longer. If this is the case, please ask us about rush orders.

  • We make sure to communicate with you during the design process so you know how your invitations are coming along. We strive for long term communication with clients.

  • All of our products are hand made with care. We strive for consistency but if you are any less than thrilled about your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem with your purchase.

  • Although we pack out invitations with care, we are not liable if your purchase gets damaged or lost in transit. You will be able to request a tracking code for your purchase and will have the option of adding a signature to your order, which will ensure that your package will only be dropped off if the receiver gives a signature.
